7-day guarantee

If Pro isn’t for you, email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] within 7 daysof your first charge and we’ll refund that charge in full -- no questions asked.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s billing portal. Cancelling stops all future billing, and you keep Pro access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Outside the 7-day guarantee above, we don’t prorate or refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires it.

Billing issues

If you believe you were charged in error -- a duplicate charge, or a charge after you thought you’d cancelled -- email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with your account email and we’ll sort it out.
